I know I’ve really been slacking on posting and updates but I just recently moved to my dad’s house so I haven’t had access to my gym and all of the food I have been eating since I have moved here is gluten-free. Before I started hitting the gym everyday I would never work out at all so I have noticed that I have been gaining a lot of weight and I know it wasn’t from just not exercising since I’ve had that problem before. Turns out, as good as gluten-free foods are good for you, some gluten-free products which have more fat and sugar can make you gain weight, so be careful dieters!
On the plus side, I spoke to my father about how I am not really able to go to my gym since it’s so far from here and I brought up how I have always wanted to try P90X and he thought it would be a good way for him and his fiancé to work out as well so we got the deluxe package. I can hardly wait to try it! Once I start I will be giving you guys plenty of updates (How I like it so far, pictures on my 1st, 30th, 60th, and 90th days + more!) Wish me luck, guys! :)
